If you are sending payment in foreign currency (US$, Euro/€, A$), please be aware that you will have to pay the flat conversion fee if you send ANYTHING OTHER than Cash Notes.   The conversion charge for me doing conversion in the UK is the foreign currency equivalent of £8 per transaction (as of 1.12.03) of US$16.00, or Euro €12.00 or Aussie A$20.00.   If you send CASH NOTES, (US$, Euros/€ or A$), there is no conversion charge.    ?
